CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us enough time to accommodate other clients waiting for availability. cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
